Erika is back from El Paso!  I'm very excited to have her return and begin working together again.  We spent the afternoon on Tuesday catching up with each other and doing some planning for the completion of her apprenticeship over the next year or so.  She gained experience with several hundred prenatal  appointments, 70 births and a lot of postpartum and newborn cares.  I'm confident in Erika's growth into new roles as a midwife and happy to be her friend!
